Celta vs Barcelona: LaLiga leaders escape defeat, now unbeaten in 40 matches
Barcelona escaped defeat against Celta Vigo, as they held the hosts to a 2-2 draw on Tuesday night.
Ousmane netted his first LaLiga goal for the Catalans, before Jonny levelled at the Balaidos.
Lionel Messi was introduced on the hour mark and Barca retook the lead in the 64th minute through Francisco Alcacer, but were reduced to ten men not long after as Roberto was sent off.
Celta set up a nervy finish as Iago Aspas bundled home from close range in the 82nd minute, but Ernesto Valverde held on to keep their unbeaten run intact.
They have now not lost in 40 league matches and the draw takes them to 82 points, 11 ahead of second-placed Atletico Madrid, with six fixtures left.
