Unbelievable: High School On Complete Lockdown As Student Opens Fire, Injures Classmates

A student has opened fire inside his school, injuring his own classmates and sparking a complete lockdown.

Cops seen swarming the area after a student opens fire at a school

According to a report by Daily Star UK, a High School has in America been on lockdown after a student opened fire on the anniversary of the Columbine massacre.

A student fired a gun at his school – Forest High in Ocala, Florida – this afternoon and left a classmate injured.

Police officers shot the suspect in the ankle and took him into custody.

The victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries.

Some of the 2,100 students at the school were bused to nearby safe areas to be reunited with their parents.

Cops are now trying to work out if the incident was accidental or intentional.

The unfolding incident comes on 19 years to the day after the shooting massacre at Columbine High School.

Students at thousands of US schools were due to walk out today in memory of the attack – as part of the National School Walkout against gun violence.

The shooting, on April 20, 1999, saw two senior students murder 12 pupils and one teacher in a highly planned attack.

They used a fire bomb to divert firefighters, propone tanks converted to bombs placed in the cafeteria, 99 explosive devices, and car bombs.

Another 24 people were injured as the attackers tried to flee the school – during which they exchanged gunfire with cops – before they committed suicide.
